Dillon Francis – I.D.G.A.F.O.S.

LA’s Dillon Francis have just dropped his latest single I.D.G.A.F.O.S. on Diplo’s Mad Decent. Ever since the release of his firs EP, He has become one of the fastest rising star in dance music with his blend of ultra trendy moombahton & woble bassline. I.D.G.A.F.O.S. starts out with a chill vibe before it dropped into all out wobble fiasco that plays on top of 110 bpm 4×4 beat.

I.D.G.A.F.O.S. is out now on Mad Decent and available for purchase on Beatport & iTunes

Wolfhaus – Dub & Screwed vol.1

Chilled moody dub influenced bass music that isn’t dubstep. Thats how I’d describe Helsinski’s Wolfhaus. AS part of party startin’ crew Top Billin’ this duo is definetely offering something different. Fire up the reefer and enjoy this new mix Dubbed & Screwed Vol.1.

Makoto – Souled Out

The Japanese DNB maestro Makoto have just dropped his latest LP Souled Out on his own imprint Human Element. The Album is full of beautiful melody invoking positive vibes and good feeling. Combining more jazzier side of DNB and deep house with neo-soul, the album does venture dangerously close to easy listening territory. Fortunately, several tunes such as his collaboration with Paul Randolph in Tower of Love, Untold with his long time collaborator Deeizm and the old skool Good Looking vibe Bubbles help keep this album on the right path. Several tunes such as You’ve Got Something another collaboration with Paul Randolph, Girl I’m Running Back 2 U with Christian Ulrich will fir nicely in Jazzanova’s set. Overall, this album is a must have for fan of soul full electronic music especially if you’re fan of LTJ Bukem, At Jazz, Jazzanova and all other artists around that genre.

Burial vs Massive Attack – Four Walls

After the massive collaboration between him adn Thom Yorke & Fourtet, Burial is back at it again with a new one collabs with Massive Attack. All I can say is its dark, moody, atmospheric while at the same time beautiful. This release is only available as vinyl and they’re all gone. In the meantime just listen to it here.

www.selftitledmag.com is kind enough to post the mp3 on their website. They might have say it best “the following MP3 isn’t dusted with gold glitter, it’ll have to do for now…”.

Local Flava: Agrikulture – Lagu Cinta Cintaan [video]

Lagu Cinta Cintaan is Agrikulture’s first single from their newly released 2nd album Terang Benderang. Upon first listen, I must conclude that these boys were probably listening to Vampire Weekend way too much. As for Agrikulture, they are one of the pioneer in Indonesian Electronic music movement in the early noughties together with other electronic acts such as EGRV, Rock’N'Roll Mafia, Mobil Derek & Media Distorsi. As time progress, most of these bands have gone on to eventually settle with their own respective sound yet, none change as drastically as Agrikulture did.

Agrikulture started as 3 piece band with 3 djs Hogi, Anton & Aditya. During that formative year the band formation constantly change before eventually settled with 3 new members Dipha Barus in bass & synth, Emil in Guitar, Fandy in vocal and the last remaining original member Aditya in 2006. Their Debut album Dawai Damai. received critical acclaimed and generated some buzz around the region. With the release of their 2nd album, Agrikulture is looking to pick up where Dawai Damai left and try to become the next crossover success.

Agrikulture’s Terang Benderang is out now on Nagaswara and available at all music stores near you.

Noisia – Tommy’s Theme

A brand new tune from Dutch production trio Noisia. They are going with dubstep this time around even though its not your typical one. Opening with a cinematic landscape built from lush strings, soft choral voices and stumbling rhythmic rubble, the song is swept up in orchestral grandeur before being turned on its head. The drums drop and an all out sonic assault is unleashed upon your unsuspecting mind. Tommy’s Theme is out now on Mau5trap and can be purchased at Beatport.

Skrillex – Syndicate

More Skrillex goodness with new track Syndicate taken from soundtrack of a new upcoming video game with the same title. You can download it by liking the game’s facebook page. It’s a cinematic breaks number with sounds that you could expect from Skrillex.
