Holy Ghost! – Wait And See
The thing with all these new post punk, nu disco bands is they all kinda sound similar from one to another. Holy Ghost! is no exception. Their album “Holy Ghost!” is a good album. I enjoyed it through and through upon my first listen, yet it was eerily familiar. There’s a thin red line that separates these bands. If you doubt me, just try to make a playlist filled with Cut Copy, Empire Of the Sun, Midnight Juggernaut, Holy Ghost!, Miami Horror or any of their contemporaries and play them in shuffle mode and you’ll see what I mean.
