Hold On

Rusko is destine to be a big thing this year. You’ll hear him at every club every night. His debut LP is slated to come out soon on Mad Decent and here’s his latest single Hold On ft. Amber Coffman to hype it up. And here it gets a berserk, eyebrow-scorching rinse from drum and bass champion Sub Focus.

I Think I Like U2 remixes

The Jamaica boys are sure going to blow up and become the next hot French band to come near your neighborhood. In the mean time, they hooked us up with couple new remixes of their current single I Think I Like U2 done by Ed Banger’s Breakbot and Buffalo Bunch. The Breakbot remix is a standard fare in term of Breakbot’s production. The Buffalo Bunch remix meanwhile stood out with its swirling dirty electro disco beat that will get hands in the air moment during its breakdown before dropping back into dance floor mayhem that will make every French dance producer proud.

Something Good Can Happen

Two Doors Cinema Club is UKs answer to band like Phoenix and the upcoming Jamaica. Meanwhile, their single Something Good Can Happen just got the rework from Brazil’s answer to Daft Punk, ‘The Twelves’. The Twelves have sonsistently put out excelent pop induced remix that hark back to Daft Punk during the Discovery era and this remix is no different. This remix is available as part of Kitsune Maison 9 compilation.

Hour of the wolf

Adam Kesher is a really cool French band (no, not one guy) with some amazing friends. See, the band is getting close to releasing their sophomore album – Challenging Nature – and its something you need to know about. First off all, its awesome. Second off all, it comes with a stamp of approval from some heavyweirght artists currently kicking it on the scene.

Chromeo’s Dave One called and offered to produce the album. Then the love kept pouring in from Cassius’ Phillipe Zdar, A-Trak and Pierrick Devin (Alex Gopher, Cassius, Cut Copy). Check Mate. Game Over.

More info on the band is coming soon but in the meantime you can chew on a free track from the album and first single, “Hour Of The Wolf”

Splash

Sub Focus’ latest single Splash comes with remix from Rusko. The result is somewhat surprising as Rusko actually getaway from his trademark wobble bassline and opted for more chil out breaks without losing the uplifting feel of the original.
